Tim; this blog was a good read. Obviously, you will unabashedly call yourself Christian; as will I. You seemed to arrive there by study and choice; while I, on the other hand; basically went "around the world," actually open to anything else that would calm my soul... Yes I grew up as one of those kids with "drug problems:" I got "drug" to the church every time the doors opened.. I heard the message, but somehow, I think I rebelled against the intensity... Maybe I just needed time to think..

Frankly, your analysis of Islam is spot on! Their "holy book" instructs world domination; not enlightenment. And it is okay to do it by conversion; enslavement, or slaughter.. There is no provision for "co-existence."

So, is that nice Muslim family down the circle from you a friendly "moderate," or are they practicing, "hard core" Muslims who will behead you if their local Imam gives the order?... Whom do we trust, and on Whom do we rely? Yup, you got it!! Perhaps the "time for struggle" is upon us...

Peace be with you Tim;
