In the recent Court case, she switched positions, and voted against that belief. Humanists simply cannot be trusted, which is particularly problematic when they are seated on the highest court in the land! Imagine if a conservative had beaten Obama. Then instead of recently-appointed Sotomayor, we had another Justice who respected the Constitution. Then we would have had a 6-3 decision. Then instead of the impending confirmation of Kagan, we had another Constitutionally-minded Justice, giving us a 7-2 decision on cases like this one. What a difference an election makes.
