I&#039;m glad you made this point, for it reminds me of another one that I meant to make in my article: During her confirmation hearings, Sotomayor said that she believed that the Second Amendment applied to individuals. In the recent Court case, she switched positions, and voted against that belief. Humanists simply cannot be trusted, which is particularly problematic when they are seated on the highest court in the land! The liberal ideology, much like the Marxist ideology, allows one to lie any time is serves his personal, political or social agenda.</description>

		<description>This is why Presidential elections are so important. Imagine if a conservative had beaten Obama. Then instead of recently-appointed Sotomayor, we had another Justice who respected the Constitution. Then we would have had a 6-3 decision. Then instead of the impending confirmation of Kagan, we had another Constitutionally-minded Justice, giving us a 7-2 decision on cases like this one. What a difference an election makes.</description>
