		<description>These riots have never made sense to me. You&#039;re happy, so you destroy property that belongs to someone else? At the very least, they&#039;ve suspended their moral restraint. Of course, they may have never had morals to begin with. This is just an opportunity to do what they want at a time when they believe they can get away with it. As you said, the offenders should be strictly punished. Celebration is well and good. Rioting and vandalism is not.</description>
